A few days ago, one of my clients shared something that really stuck with me.
He said, “What you do feels so simple that I wonder why I can’t do it myself. But then I realize it’s not as simple as it seems, and I need your support right now.”
It made me smile because, in many ways, what I do is simple. The essence of it is just about deeply listening and helping people untangle their thoughts and emotions.
But the magic—those breakthrough moments—often comes because the person does the untangling themselves. I simply hold the mirror and reflect back what needs attention.
I remember the first time I encountered Byron Katie’s work. She only asks people four questions. That’s it! I’d hear people walk away from profound pain—whether it was from a job loss, breakup, or even trauma—just by answering those four questions. I remember thinking, How can it be this simple?
I started offering those four questions in my coaching, but what I realized is that while the questions themselves were helpful, it wasn’t just about the questions—it was her presence. Byron Katie’s incredible compassion and acceptance of whatever came her way created the space for people to find their own relief.
And that’s what shaped how I see my work today.
In my work, the key is presence. It’s about being rooted in stillness and compassion—holding the space so others can tap into their own clarity, courage, and confidence.
It’s not about pushing for a “breakthrough” or trying to show off what I know. It’s about being there—without judgment—while someone else finds their way through.
As Lao Tzu beautifully put it:
"The wise leader is like a midwife: she does not give birth herself, but helps others to deliver themselves."
And that’s the heart of this work:
Not about doing more, forcing more, or knowing more.
But about being present enough for what already lives inside you to emerge.
While it is simple, it requires a mind that is comfortable with stillness, emptiness, and invisibility. That’s not something you can learn from books, courses, or videos—it comes through sincere practice, or as I call it, sadhana. And that’s where I keep my focus.
If this resonates with you, I want to share something with you:
I currently have two open slots for long-term coaching with me. This is for someone deeply committed to inner work and ready for the kind of support that helps them master their inner world.
This isn’t about quick fixes or solving problems—it’s about cultivating clarity of mind, courage in the heart, and calmness in the body. It’s about creating the internal harmony that will help you thrive, both internally and externally.
If you’ve been feeling the pull toward deep inner work and you feel ready to step into a new chapter in your life, I’d love to invite you to schedule a free intro call with me.
Together, we can work through the layers, create lasting transformation, and help you align with the deepest parts of yourself.
With warmth,
Arjun
