This year (2025) for me is all about leaps of faith. I’m working with clients who dare to leap from good to great. It’s easy to settle for “good”—it’s logical, comfortable, and safe. But a few courageous souls choose to rock the boat and step into the unknown in pursuit of their deeper inner calling.
One of the most fascinating parts of this journey from good to great is this: it’s no longer about doing more or trying harder. In fact, it’s the opposite. It’s about doing less and allowing more.
Bruce Lee, in his quest to create the ultimate martial art form, discovered something profound: “Any form is a limitation in itself.” To truly grow beyond a certain point, you must let go of the form and become formless.
This reminds me of a client who recently told me, “I want to build a legacy.” On the surface, it seemed like a noble goal. But I could see that the harder he tried to force it, the more elusive it became.
It’s like Lao Tzu’s wise words: “The more you try to impress, the less impressive you become.”
The truth is, a meaningful legacy isn’t something you can force into existence. It arises when you surrender your ego and step out of your own way.
When we try to build something to fill an inner void or prove our worth, our vision becomes small and constrained. But when we release that need, an entirely new realm opens up—a realm of possibility, authenticity, and depth.
This is where the journey shifts from self-improvement to self-discovery. It’s not about fixing yourself—it’s about transcending the limitations of your current identity and uncovering the vastness of who you truly are.
I’m reminded of the beautiful lines from the song Kun Faya Kun:
Karde mujhe mujhse hi riha. (“Set me free from myself.”)
Though these words are often spiritual, they’re deeply practical too. There’s nothing more spiritual than surrendering to your inner calling. And that’s what I love most about my work—walking alongside my clients as they step out of their comfort zones and into their truth.
At some point, even the most rational, analytical person feels the pull to move beyond reason and listen to that quiet, inner voice. Taking this leap of faith may feel uncertain, but it leads to a kind of freedom and clarity that’s life-changing.
If you’re standing at one such crossroads, wondering if it’s time to listen to your inner voice and take that leap, I’d love to have a conversation. Sometimes, it’s the decision to explore that makes all the difference.
This year, I’m committed to working with individuals who are ready to embrace this journey. There’s nothing more fulfilling for me than to witness and support this shift—from good to great, from striving to surrender, and from doing to simply being.
