We all live in the very real world of human experience. We carry fears and old hurts. We long for love, belonging and security. We struggle with relationships, decisions, desires and uncertain futures. These experiences deserve to be understood and met with care.
And yet, spiritual wisdom has long pointed towards a deeper possibility:
A freedom that does not depend on healing every wound, overcoming every fear, or getting life to go our way.
For many of us, these can feel like two different worlds.
Psychological approaches can help us understand and navigate our fears, hurts and patterns, but may not fully answer our deeper longing for freedom.
Spiritual wisdom can point us towards profound freedom, but when we are caught in the messiness of being human, it can feel abstract, distant or difficult to embody.
TAIF exists as a bridge between the two.
A space where we honour the pains and challenges of being human, while exploring what it means to live with deeper freedom.
Bring a real-life challenge, question, or inner conflict.
I’ll facilitate a coaching conversation in the presence of the group, where we explore what lies beneath the situation and allow everyone to learn from what unfolds.
We try to understand, simplify, and embody spiritual wisdom in the context of everyday life.
These sessions are more exploratory, centred around spiritual inquiry and conversations on the nature of the mind, identity, suffering, love, freedom, and truth.
TAIF is a gentle, ongoing space rather than a fixed-length program.
I invite you to begin with a minimum commitment of 6 months, allowing enough time for the journey to unfold with depth, spaciousness, and sincerity.
Beyond that, you stay for as long as the space supports you, and leave whenever you feel complete.
To keep TAIF accessible while sustaining the integrity of the space, the membership is offered on a pay what you choose model.
The suggested contribution is ₹2,500 per month. If that feels beyond your current comfort, you're welcome to choose a lower contribution. And if you're able to contribute more with ease, you may choose a higher contribution to support the community.
TAIF is an ongoing community space. You can join at any point and stay for as long as you find it meaningful. That said, I'd recommend giving it at least six months to experience the depth of the journey.
We will meet fortnightly on Saturdays from 11.30 am to 1 pm (IST)
My name is Arjun Som. For the past 10+ years, I’ve been working as a Life Coach, supporting people live in alignment with their truth, values and deepest aspirations.
In my own journey, I’ve spent years exploring what it really means to live from love instead of fear, and acceptance instead of resistance. Not perfectly, not always gracefully, but sincerely, and with a genuine longing for inner freedom.
TAIF is simply my way of sharing that journey with you. Not as an expert, not as someone who has it all figured out, but as a fellow traveller walking the same path, one honest step at a time.
I’ve been deeply touched by the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Mooji, Rumi, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Byron Katie, Swami Sarvapriyananda and many others. Their wisdom continues to shape how I see life, how I meet my own inner world, and how I hold space for those who walk with me.
You don’t have to think too hard about this.
If TAIF is meant for you, something inside you will say yes.
If that yes isn’t there yet, wait.
Trust your timing more than anything.
