What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is essentially a series of powerful conversations between a coach and a client.
These conversations along with a set of assignments and practices enable the client to break through the obstacles that seem to hold them back in life.
Working with a Life Coach DOES NOT MEAN you are weak, it just means you are responsible towards your growth and CHOOSE to do it in half the time, half the energy and half the heartburn, with the support of a coach.
How does life coaching help?
"Any time you sit down with a coach, this is the process that is happening. You are describing your actions and your interpretation of those actions. With the guided assistance of the coach person, you then sit there and pick apart whether or not your interpretations of your actions actually make sense. Or are you just deluding yourself? Do your actions reflect what you think is important? If not, where is the disconnect?

Life Coaching is for anyone who feels stuck (or is wanting to take a leap) in their relationship, career or self discovery journey. I have worked with and are working with:

People who don’t find their current jobs fulfilling and are serious about entrepreneurship/ career change.
